Christmas in Romania

Dear Friends,

It is that time again to think about and plan to help us have a Merry Christmas for many children in Bucharest. I need your help, as we would like again this year to help 4,000 or more children receive a Christmas Care Package. You will remember that we put many toiletry articles in each package, plus, candy, gum, a toy, jewelry, hair accessories, school supplies and needed items of clothing. The children look forward to getting such a nice gift. A few of you have already given but I am asking that others send a check to Christian Relief Fund, Box 19670, Amarillo, TX 79114-1670 or to Cedar Lane Church of Christ, 1200 Cedar Lane, Tullahoma, TN 37388 to help in buying the needed items. Keep in mind that I receive 100% of all donated funds. I have bought some things and many have donated stuffed animals, puzzles, toys and some clothing, socks and underwear but remember it takes a lot to prepare 4,000 or more presents. It cost over $28,000 just for the toiletry articles, as prices have increased and the dollar is much weaker than last year. Thank you for considering this request for hlep. I pray that God will direct you and bless you in your decision to help some children have a good Christmas. I will shop wisely and give lovingly for you. I am grateful for any and all help money, prayers, supplies donated and for each kind thought and word for this effort.

Love in Christ,
Imogene
