VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR CHILDREN'S CHURCH

We are looking for volunteers to staff the Children’s Church program during 2008 for young children (3, 4, and 5 years old) during the regular worship hour. We need volunteers willing to help with this effort on a rotating basis for one-month sessions. Lesson materials will be provided. It is necessary to have a sufficient number of volunteers willing to staff this effort for it to continue. The program is designed to allow young children to worship and honor God at their level through songs and memorable Bible learning. If you enjoy working with and teaching children, this is a great opportunity to serve. Contact Mark or Melissa Rigney for more information.

BAPTISM

We rejoice with Brandon Johnson on his decision to put on Christ in baptism this past Sunday. We wish him a long life in his service to the Lord. Brandon is the son of Jennifer and Gary Johnson.

TWO SMALL DESKS NEEDED

We are looking for 2 small desks to be used by team ARIQUIPA here at the Cedar Lane building. They can be loaned and we will return them or you can donate them. Please see Gary if you can help.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Wednesday, December 26 – Please join us for a combined assembly – “Jesus, the Resurrection”. We will center our assembly around the story of Lazarus – showing a clip from the movie, “The Gospel of John” and have a time of family praise and prayer.
